HONOURABLE CREDITORS!
On the basis of the decree of the Metropolitan Court No 39.Cspk. 01-15-000013/8 (1 April 2015), the court published the following information in the bankruptcy proceeding against ULPIUS-HÁZ Könyvkiadó és Szolgáltató Korlátolt Felelősségű Társaság (1137 Budapest, Szent István krt. 18. 1st floor; company registration number:  01-09-860893; tax number: 13546760-2-41).

The court orders to publish in the Company Gazette that it had ordered the bankruptcy proceeding of ULPIUS-HÁZ Könyvkiadó és Szolgáltató Kft (debtor).

The starting date of the bankruptcy proceeding is the date of the publication of the decree in the Company Gazette (1 April 2015).

Following the publication of the decree, the debtor has a payment moratorium in respect of the claims against the debtor which fell due prior to the starting date of the moratorium or which will fall due following this date.

The name and seat of the administrator appointed by the court: OPH Gazdasági, Szolgáltató és Tanácsadó Kft (1051 Budapest, Sas utca 10-12.).

The creditors shall declare their existing claims within a deadline of 30 daysas of the publication of the decree – in case of claims arising following the starting date of the bankruptcy proceeding, within a deadline of 8 working day – to the debtor and to the administrator and further, they shall transfer in parallel the fees to be paid for the registration of the claim on the bank account of the administrator published in accordance with Section 12 (1) of the Bankruptcy Act.

The administrator, OPH Kft informs the creditors that its bank account is: 10300002-10582402-49020023. The administrator requests the creditors to refer to the following data when making the bank transfer: ULPIUS-HÁZ Kft “cs.a.” registration fee.

A pre-condition of the registration of the claim is the payment of 1% of the amount of the claim – at least HUF 5,000, maximum HUF 100,000 – as registration fee to the bank account of the administrator.

In case of non-compliance with the above deadlines, the claims will not be registered.

The documents constituting the basis of the claim shall also be attached to the declaration of the claim.

Creditors having their seat or domicile abroad shall have a delivery agent in the proceedings.

The statutory law which is primarily applicable to the proceeding is the Hungarian Act No XLIX of 1991 on bankruptcy and liquidation proceedings.
